These terms apply to quotes and services from Gardens Australia Pty Ltd. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. We only do the work described in your quote. Anything outside that scope is quoted and approved in writing before we start, and our crews can't add extra work on the day without approval.
There's no lock-in contract. Either party can end a regular service with 14 days' notice. We give at least 30 days' written notice of any price change.
Please make sure we can get in on the booked day, with gates unlocked and pets kept inside. If we can't access the property on the day, a late cancellation fee of $75 + GST may apply.
Labour is invoiced on completion and is due within 7 days of the invoice, unless we've agreed other terms in writing. Where a job needs materials, payment for those materials may be required before we order them.
We photograph the site before we start and record every visit in your client portal. Existing damage, disease or dying plants recorded before we start aren't caused by our work.
We take care around reticulation, pipes and cables we can see or that are shown to us. We aren't responsible for damage to unmarked or shallow pipes, cables or fittings.
Plant and lawn health depends on watering, weather, soil and ongoing care, so we can't guarantee the survival of plants or lawns.
We hold $20 million public liability insurance and workers compensation cover.
