Gardens Australia Pty Ltd respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can get in touch about it.
Your name, phone number, email address and property address; details about your garden or site; photos of the property taken before, during and after our visits; visit records, notes and treatment history; and billing details for invoicing.
To quote, schedule and carry out our work, keep your client portal up to date, send invoices, and contact you about your service. We don't sell your information.
Visit photos are kept in your client portal as a record of our work. We'll only use photos of your property in our marketing with your permission, and never with your address or anything that identifies you.
We use trusted service providers to run our business, such as job management, accounting, customer communication and website hosting software. They only use your information to provide those services to us. We'll also share information where the law requires it.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we only keep it for as long as we need it.
Our website may use cookies and analytics to understand how it's used and to improve it. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
